Got this from the net:
1. Using a dry measure, measure the desired amount of flour into a separate
container.
2. For each cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3. Mix to combine.

Self-rising flour: 1 cup flour, 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 salt, mix
well. I tried it and made the mug cake, vegetable spray lightly in a 14 ounce
mug, I omitted the cocoa and substituted 1/4 shredded coconut, delicious!! Don
