is in both lists. I tried id != '__Bookmarked__' but that seems to be pulling
up everything, even bookmarked tickets. Thoughts?

Jon,
Remove the right to OwnTicket as well as Steal and Take. You can grant
the ModifyTicket to that group as well as ShowTicket and that way they
can See tickets in a Queue, Modify them, but not Own them.

I have an RT system running about 25 queues. I have a global scrip that runs
On Correspond to notify the requestor with the default Correspondence template.
I have one queue that I'd like to use a different template (to have a specific
message in addition to the update). The only way I see to
to separate ownership changes from status changes. Is this possible?
Thanks -

You can use a queue specific template to override the global
one of the same name. *I think.*

. If not, change the owner back.
That might work.

The only reason I am suggesting this, is because many times my users do not

that Steal and Take are subsets of ModifyTicket (i.e, if you
have ModifyTicket you implicitly have Steal and Take) but I can't figure out
how to separate ownership changes from status changes. Is this possible?

We use RT extensively in our organization, and we have one department
(facilities) who prints out the tickets and hands them to the workers
for them to physically go out and perform the requests. The problem
with this is that currently printing the tickets print the blue border

. If
they are in the ticket, their name shows up for themselves, but if
they create a reminder it is assigned to Nobody and it doesn't
appear on their pages (while the orphaned reminder shows up on all the
group admincc's pages)

Using that format instead of the one I previously posted appears to
have solved the issue.

I think you're going to be best off doing some sort of pre-processing
on the incoming e-mail. You might be able to do this in rt-mailgate
but I don't know how myself. I don't think you'll have any luck in a
scrip because by that point it's in its own ticket.
I just started using custom subject tags with my RT and now my rt-
mailgate is changing the subject to strange things, putting the ticket
tag into the subject. Is there a setting to prevent the subject from
being changed by rt-mailgate?
