As WLS describes, those are NOT SeaMonkey tabs. Those are part of the

Couldn't help but notice that Ogg Theora playback is now a lot WORSE
than it was with 2.0.14. Video stutters and stops... just like it does
under Google Chrome. It used to play smoothly.
