Yes... I'd also pay for it.
On linux there is good competition in kmail but the secure version
of the bat especially does not have any.
I never really liked kmail, my current favourite is Sylpheed-Claws,
and Evolution.

If these are the only headers, then yes... the idea is that there are no header
fields for TB! to use to put the From, To, and Subject in the correct boxes,
making it appear as if the email doesn't have any details.

really needed unless you are encoding anything, and
text/plain and 7bit are assumed unless otherwise specified according
to some document somewhere (I think a W3C doc or an RFC somewhere).
Once you have deleted it, import it back into TB!, and then send it,
see if that helps.
