problem. But after installing an older version and then again the
latest version it also was working for him. Up to now we couldn't find
out why in some rare cases this can happen.

With your version of TB!, there's only one way and that is to hold the
Alt button down while left clicking on the message flag icon of any
message showing the priority which you wish
