e generic colour group's settings
would cause to display differently?
Failing that, it might be worth a try to change the ones that display
differently to another colour group, then close and re-open The Bat!,
and then change them back to the generic colour group.

Is there any possibility that you didn't delete the whole line when
deleting the duplicate entries? A long shot, but all I could
