I think you mean the Winkler and Shafer books.

problems with naming things the same as a keyword, as long as I
quoted the name, which I always do.
I did however have problems with using only numbers as names, or
starting a stack's name with rev.

protection. All anyone has to do is copy the program and its data
files, and then it will work when accessed from another computer --
even if the server that holds the copied app isn't registered. The
client will think it is.
