I have recently converted a mailserver running a shupp toaster to mysql from cbd. I ran vconvert -c -m and all the popboxes were entered into the mysql database, but none of the aliases (.qmail-xxx) were converted and none of them show up in qmailadmin. They still accept and forward mail though
