Personally, I like Navigon. It is more costly than others, but Ii think it
does an excellent job. I also like that Navigon stores the maps on the
iPhone, so there is no need for a data hook up.

You should be able to convert the P D F file to an e Pub file by using
Stanza for desktop. If you do not have it on your computer, it is a free
download. Here is a link:

Open the P D F in stanza, go to the file menu and go to export as.
Now select E Pub
