Actually, the Plantronics Voyager Pro HD can play/pause by pressing both
volume buttons at the same time. It's also a terrific sounding BT mono
headset. It isn't small however but it's very comfortable to wear.

These 4 finger swipes work on iPad but not on iPhones. They work fine on my
iPad mini. There are a few other multi-fingered gestures that are iPad
specific which makes sense to me due to the difference in screen sizes.
