Syncing Contacts and calendar between Iphone, Google Phone and Outlook

I need to sync my Iphone and Android phones with my Exchange account before I retire so that all of my Exchange contacts and calendar will be available after I leave employment. I did all the Apple stuff with the calendars and contacts and I can see them all, but none of it is available on the

This is a known Skype bug which has been discussed extensively in the forums. Its usually left over from having used one of the Skype Kit apps like the GW Micro app or countless others. There seems to be no permanent fix for it. If you log out of the account before signing out it seems to help,
