Hi Deidre, I don't know what NFB is doing with Newsline and KNFB Reader. It has been in beta for almost a year I think. They never, ever, ever, respond to feedback. Maybe they are still suckering people into buying the $100 version of KNFB Reader so don't want to make the free version

I did try sharing a file and the app did not crash on me running ios 11.1 on an iPhone 6. So hopefully that means that it should be fixable. So this is what I would try. * First, I would remove everything from the app switcher and restart my phone. This is giving everything a fresh start. *

To share a file in KNFB Reader, go to file explorer, swipe to the file you want to share, flick up with one finger and double tap on share. It should ask to choose file type, swipe to the file type and double tap, then the share sheet should pop up. Choose how you would like to share
