I updated to iOS 6.1 but, unfortunately, it didn't fix the streaming issues I was having with TuneIn Radio Pro, ooTunes Radio, StreamItAll, or Stitcher Radio. I'm glad it helped several others. My streaming seems perhaps a bit less fragile, but it still re-buffers a lot and needs to reconnect.
