and Mozilla Community were doing outreach program at GMRT, NCRA

There was talk of moving the WSFOE (Wikipedia for Schools
Offline Edition) to move from wikia.com to mediawiki. While I was
succssful to do the [[Special:Export]] at Wikia was blocked at
[[Special:Import]] as only Importers or/and admins can only do that.
