not as good informed as you are. I will forward your email to them.
I just have a minor question. You wrote "Devices purchased from Sun were
entitled updates from purchasing of Sun Ray software support.". I assume
that you mean both software and firmware updates. Is this correct?
With respect to purchasing Systems support for Sun Ray devices from
Oracle I can say that this seems OK to me / our institute as long as the
price for this support is appropriate (which I can not say at the moment
as I am still waiting - for about one week - to get a quote on this :-) ).
