Wait a minute, wait a minute. I must have missed that one. Where do run across restaurants that serve any kind of employee turnover--high or low? I mean I've seen apple turnovers, cherry turnovers, blueberry turnovers, but never employee turnovers. What am I missing? And why would the risk of illness be greater with the high turnovers?
