Why shouldn't they? I am not sure what you understood, but if a user is not subscribed to a ML, he cannot send any messages through Gmane. Plus, the ML is public. One can view it via a web browser, or via Gmane. No difference. Except the one signed with GnuPG (from the ones I checked). So, it appears that as long as one is reading this in his email account, he should be receiving the trailers. -- Please reply to this list only.
