Pushed commit `438e62754b` to address the red `unit-test (11,
ubuntu-latest)` failure from the latest run.\n\nRoot cause: the
partial-savepoint-failure fixture configured the supposed successful pipeline
with `split.read-interval = 3000` while `checkpoint.timeout = 2000`, so CI
could legitimately time out both pipelines and fail the assertion that at least
one coordinator reached `SUSPEND`. The fixture now uses `split.read-interval =
100` for the successful pipeline, while keeping the `InMemory` sink timeout
path unchanged for the failing pipeline.\n\nValidation run locally:\n- `git
diff --check`\n- `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-ci-tools
-Dtest=ImportClassCheckTest#javaUtilCompletableFutureCheck test`\n\nThe other
red jobs from the previous run were connector E2E failures outside this PR's
touched code: `DatabendCDCSinkIT` timed out with 0 rows, and
`ElasticsearchAuthIT` failed creating an API key because Elasticsearch returned
503 cluster-state-not-recovered. Those should be re-evaluated
  on the new CI run.
