I don't control the pages there, but when we were thinking of it, the
idea was for it to be a general resource both for those wanting to do
development of OOo and on OOo.  

We could of course change the name of the tab to developers (I actually
thought that was one of the things more or less agreed upon)

Yes.  But let's play a thought-game. What sequence would you have for
developers?  I have suggested my ideas. The constriction: No redundancy
and the Development cateogry (development.openoffice.org) must be a
destination at some point, preferably early on.
