NO, IT IS NOT. Reread what I wrote, and what Shachar wrote, on the role of the comptrollers (both of us served as comptrollers *and* board members). Then please read http://www.mulix.org/misc/bikoret.ps.gz, and then do let us know where it gives the comptrollers carte blanche to criticize every step the board takes. Hint, it doesn't. I hope that answeres your question wrt where Adir grossly overstepped the bounds of the comptroller's positions.
