דרך ההתנהלות של העמותה. לידיעתך, היו מספר פעמים שהמבקרים האחרים ראו בסוגיות
שנראה לו כבעיות והוא העלה בפני חברי ועדת הביקורת האחרים, כ-non-issues, ועצרו
את שאר התהליך. אבל חלק גדול מהדברים שהוא העלה היו סוגיות תקניות.

למעשה, זה אחד מתפקידי דו"ח ועדת הביקורת לבקר את העמותה, ולהעלות נושאים שלדעת
ועדת הביקורת, היה אפשר לטפל בהם יותר טוב.

רעיון כזה יהיה מסוכן מאוד. עילה יחידה לסילוק חבר ועדת ביקורת, לדעתי, היא
סילוקו מהעמותה, בשל מעילה וכו.
בכל מקרה עדיין לא ברור לי מדוע אתה מאמין שאדיר לא בסדר בתור חבר ועדת הביקורת.
אדיר לא עושה דבר שאינו תקני במסגרת תפקידו.
