Roger, I agree that the father has been removed in many cases from guiding their children in their formative years. But the Woman's movement is not primarily responsible- the death of marriage is responsible.
I do not know the statistics but I guess that upwards of half the children in any classroom are being raised by single mothers. In my limited experience these single mothers marginalize the influence of the father often even causing the children to hate the father. I do not think that results from the Woman's movement.
