Under Settings>Window Security>Virus & Threat Protection>Security Providers it shows
Avast Antivirus Avast Antivirus is turned off Microsoft Defender Antivirus Microsoft Defender Antivirus is turned off OpenText(TM) Core Endpoint Protection ((TM) indicates a raised capital small TM indicating trademark) OpenText(TM) Core Endpoint Protection is turned on The latter shows no way to turn it off. Come to think of it, I did take my computer in for repair sometime in the last few years (I was unable to logon--nothing happened when I tried). The place I took it to, across the street, got it running again, and I think they may have installed that. Unless you can suggest a suggestion today, I may take it back there tomorrow and see what they can do to help (including maybe installing 5.14). After that I won't be home until January to try and figure it out (and see whether they are able to fix it). Thanks for your help.
