I think a clear distinction needs to be made between the automation of the _decision_ process vs. the automation of the _reporting_ process. It's okay to automate the SPAM reporting process. Usually this means various flavours of bouncing mail to an auto-report address, running an automated tool to report the spam for you, etc. There's no reason why interacting with the Razor2/SpamNet network should be painful. It is _not_ okay for the SPAM decision process to be automated. Razor2/SpamNet is about human determination _only_. No bots, no machines, no algorithms. No message SPAM or otherwise should find its way into the network without a human being specifically putting it there. Bearing in mind this distinction, please address your reporting process accordingly. Sorry for the confusion, I think we'll update our FAQ with this.
