I think a clear distinction needs to be made between the automation of
the _decision_ process vs. the automation of the _reporting_ process.

It's okay to automate the SPAM reporting process.  Usually this means
various flavours of bouncing mail to an auto-report address, running
an automated tool to report the spam for you, etc.  There's no reason
why interacting with the Razor2/SpamNet network should be painful.

It is _not_ okay for the SPAM decision process to be automated.
Razor2/SpamNet is about human determination _only_.  No bots, no
machines, no algorithms.  No message SPAM or otherwise should find its
way into the network without a human being specifically putting it
there.

Bearing in mind this distinction, please address your reporting
process accordingly.  Sorry for the confusion, I think we'll update
our FAQ with this.
