Go to settings, mail contacts, etc. double tap, go to fetch new data about the
middle of the screen and below that you will find number of minutes to double
tap on to have mail sent every time that time goes by. I have it set to manual

I forgot to say that your friend can use Russian voice to read text in
Bulgarian. It is far from perfect, bubt it is usable. There is no cost to
try it.

I found a stop Playing button, right at the end; the rest seemed to relate
to choosing a suitable alarm tone, one of the ringer tones usually.
Is that the right one?

flick a bit. Try moving the location a bit and reduce the number of flicks
