Do you have a link to that? I just checked and 14.1.2, 14.2.1 and 15.0 all say 450/450i/450m no mention of 430, also on the download page if you select 430 the latest FW shown is 13.4.1. We gained a lot of stability with 14.1.2 and it would be nice if we could bring the 430 SMs up to that.
