This is regarding the Web Service Implementation with REMEDY
ARSystems7.0.
I am using Apache Axis as the framework to implement my web services
client. The web services server has been configured through the Remedy
ARSystems7.0.

you upload a template, it won't show up right away, wait for 20-30
minutes and then templates with start showing up. I forgot where this
cache is and how to clear it but it will show up if you test it again.

from the User Tool, all dates are shown in their local time. But, if the
same ticket is opened from the Web Portal, the dates shown are according

You're right. I wish it would cache to speed up the processing.
I also wish the Compare Servers feature would provide the option to Not see any
objects which are identical. When I am comparing two servers I am only
interested in seeing the differences (ie. 8000 objects are identical and 20
Cache works for me, I can recache the whole server or do an incremental
cache, so only what has changed gets re cached.

a join of several tables in different databases. The JOIN criterion is
the record ID for the main table. This also happens to be the only

Analyzer logged in as Aradmin I can see the column that is not in the
view form.

infected and that is probably spamming the list.. almost nothing you can do
