We found several syntax rules for the function $KEY$ and $KEYLIST$ for records,
which we do not need in the vendor table (i.e. add or remove programs data).

you could always map another character field to the samAccountName and use
that for updating.

I have just upgraded our production server to V7 and the archgid.exe
file is found in the directory:

platforms; but we don't need to worry about that since Remedy will not
run on that platform.

login to server.. stop email.
Login to remedy - modify all emails from error to send.
Login to server .. start email server..
whoops, you have to in the admintool reveal the send message menu and then
do a modify all, and change it to yes save.
Then as it is saving start the server back up.. something about the modify
action on the ticket, and the sever starting up..
