Hello Listers, I was wondering if I have a version of ARS (like 7.1), and I have a number of ARS licenses agains that server. Now, if I go and upgrade ARS to 7.6 or 8.1. Do I need to get new licenses, or somwhow get BMC to upgrade my existing licenses. Are my existing ARS licesnes also upgraded

That all depends on your needs. Fixed and Floating licenses allow users to submit and modify all entries, barring any other security you might add. The difference between fixed and floating is that Floating licenses are shared. If you have 20 users sharing 5 floating licenses, only 5 users can
