Use google mail with a filter that puts all arslist mail in a folder. Then
because the way the mail is automatically grouped (for the most part) it is
easy to follow a conversation or skip a conversation.
I do keep alot of list mail but occasionally when the mood requires I'll

And by using google mail I don't clutter my work email which has less
storage. I'd be spending lots of time cleaning it out just to keep my head

We had the issue also. Somehow 'somebody' did something and the NIC
addresses changed primary (probably not correct technical terms). Only ours
didn't change back right away. I went through the wonderful experience of
changing all the licenses. Barely got that in the system and 'somebody'
