Thomas,
You'll need to work with the LB team to identify what distribution method
they are usingcommon options are 'round robin' in which it just simply
points everything at each server in turn, 'least connections' where it
tries to analyze how many are 'currently' connected to each node and se

Dustin,
If you are trying to do that in a Run-If or qualification, you can't use
'functions' in those areas...you can only use them in set/push
actionsgenerating a report for everything in January would be something
like
'Requisition Date' >= "1/1/2018" AND 'Requisition Date' < "2/1/2018"

Ben,
Your statement regarding being fixed around '9.5' doesn't make any sense to
medid whoever you talked to SAY 9.5 or did they say 'next release', or
more likely 'future version'?

Ben,
I'm not sure how exactly that can happen because the 'name', assuming we
are talking about the DB name of the field is used in the View creation,
and you obviously can't have two columns with the same name in the DB view,
so you can't do it in Dev Studio either...I would be curious to see a de
ttention and be illuminated by its brilliance. - paraphrased by

John,
An 8.x system upgrades just fine to 9.x without any issues most of the
time. The 'no active links/filters' thing you are talking about was a
potential future that got moved off into Innovation Suite and is not the
future of Remedy at this point. The major feature with 9.x as far as

glad it helped :)

Narayanan,
I have a tool that is available on my site that does exactly that
http://remedylegacy.com/tools/apllbmonitor/
it has rudimentary checks that it does OOTB but allows you to customize a
filter guide on the server to perform whatever wellness checks you need to
perform.

1 million in 1 vs 8 hours though?that's quite a bit of delayI've
done the 'staging' method on imports before, as you said, have them give
you a file and process it in the background...notify them when the import
is done, let them 'approve' the records, then move them into the actual
form...
Brian,
The filters fire on the Remedy server that kicks off the transaction. So
if you are running imports, the filters are firing on the server you are
importing on, in the case of Escalations that kick off Filters, they are
firing on the same server the Escalation is firing on.

Mike,
Who is the recipient of the notification, is it a user name (value in login
id field), or is it an email address? If it's an email address, are there
more than one users in the system with that email address. If there are,
if you send it to an email of a user with only one user account
asso
no leaks that I have noticed.
