A user application with admin rights can not auto start at Windows startup under UAC, it will simply be closed by Windows as soon as it requests admin. You will always get this issue on every last version of LMS so long as you have LMS tray set for admin. LMS tray should not be running as admin,

In the current playlist I can clearly see the ~20 second delay before generating new songs. the event never happens unless ~20seconds into the last song. This is not true in 7.5.x -- bits bits's Profile:
