residential environment. I argue with (friendly) BSMI (Taiwan's authority).
The BSMI regulator tells me if CISPR accepts 3m

After reading your comments, I did Google search using the word of
pre-compliance. Pages 68-69 of an RS presentation file (
http://www.rohde-schwarz.com.vn/file_15628/EMC_Precompliance_Solutions.pdf)
provides some hints. The FSP (replaced by FSV) is a precompliance
required by standards that are ever changing to keep up with wireless
technology, and the personnel qualified to operate the equipment and perform
the testing. Naturally all of this must be done on a lab's shoestring
budget.

have a built in preamplifier.
