Sounds like a network problem rather than an Exchange problem based on the

Yes, can be a network problem. Recently our ISP provider told me that we may
be on a Black List (spam), we certainly had our exchange open some time ago
and we were forwarding email messages but we stopped it. I'm checking site
with BL but I haven't found any with our datacom-mfg.com domain.
