My solution was to help Alison set up a custom "Last" master page and apply
it to the last even page in the document. She has her documents to always
have an even number of master pages, so this will be applied to page 2 or 4,
depending on the size of the document.

Check to see if the original file had 2 or more consecutive spaces in the file
name or path. The hypertext marker will replace 2 or more consecutive spaces

The issue is not a single PDF versus separate PDFs for each chapter. The
issue is separate FrameMaker files for each chapter. With separate chapters
managed in a FrameMaker book, you still create a single PDF for your output.

OK, I just figured out the problem. When I got the Registration Confirmation it
has a "Click here to see the recording" link. When I got to the page, I missed
the Watch Now button to the right of the title. Instead I scrolled down and saw

PDF styles are fully developed.
Or, another realistic possibility: if you use a schema like DITA, let the
authors and content providers use whatever editor they like. Then simply use a
FrameMaker license as a "print-engine" to produce high-quality PDFs.

customized to get the PDF output you want.

in the text so you can follow Fred's steps. It is really worth making the
URLs work correctly as links because there is an expectation that links like
