Change it from an indexed image to an RGB image. On the tool bar: Image Mode RGB You can also add an alpha channel. In the Layers dialogue, Right Click the layer and choose Add Alpha Channel. When you're finished you can flatten the image again and convert back to indexed. Matt At 09:58 PM
