You'll need a null modem cable at a minimum. You'll probably need a USB to serial adapter as well. Then you can use the TS-DOS ROM that is probably included in your REX to talk to your PC running LaddieCon or dlpus to emulate the TPDD

I replaced mine with a NiMH battery from eBay. The description claimed it was NiCad but the actual product was not. There has been some debate about NiMH vs NiCad on the list. I’ve had no trouble with my NiMH. Arcade shopper sells both NiCad and NiMH.
