As a Park Commissioner who will inherit a 2006 budget from the current
board, I have followed the process closely.
I am generally supportive of the changes and additions that are evolving and
very appreciative of Commissioner Erwin's work to move this process forward.

protected the public's money well or not well enough in my humble estimation.
