city plumbing inspector. Sandy beat Pat for the seat.

housing issues that affected us and involves us. Although, I did not see him

that the CM comes from east of the river because
the NE voters turn out on election day. Maybe
the North voters consider downtown politics too
boring to spend their time on it. That's why the
poorer parts of America have so little influence.
