ducks. What I liked about this was the subtlety; maybe it is too subtle! But
the few light-colored tree trunks in the background draw my eye to the
prominent pressure ridge in the ice which leads me to the ducks. From

w/o any difficulty - purchased for a few dollars when Wolf Camera was

I find it unreliable. Sometimes it actuates the shutter, sometimes it does

Distance from the sensor on the camera seems to make quite a difference.
Careful aim
Mine has always worked perfectly when I don't need it to - basically when
testing it to make sure it works. Then when actually using it, seems to be a
bit flakey. I'm guessing that distance from camera impacts it quite a bit and
perhaps aiming directly at the sensor.

like too much. It is too bad the webs they spin are so ugly, that would add to

brand), that seems to work quite well. I bought it for three reasons,
1.) the battery is user replaceable, 2.) It was quite a bit less
