I use a "Magic Arm" Bogon and Neewer make some. I have 1 for a camera, 1 for my voice ECU in bed. You can get different types of clamps for each end. These are heavy dutty, but they have lighter versions. Standing ones can tip too eay.

Greg, I had this problem too. Sometimes the poop just goes backup, especially using a 2nd magic bullet or enemeez. So, I only use 1 , if it does not come out, I wait 24 hrs and take milk/magnesia. this usually makes it come out. Like what others say, I changed my diet and started taking mirlax.

Like many of the other people on this list, I suffer from low blood pressure frequently. It can be dangerous if it is too low. They have told me that if it's too low it can affect your kidneys and some other problems. You should definitely have a pressure cuff in order to see what's going on.
