I called my supplier today (Tuesday) and they said NOTHING about not showing up Monday. But said somebody will be at your home Thursday afternoon around 2:00 with your chair. I have special foot plates that must be adjusted just so, and shoe holders that need to be put on as well. I just hope

When a chair is shipped by Pride, a pro number is sent to the DME for tracking and tracing an order. I can receive that same pro number and track an order from the time it leaves the factory all the way to the DME. I can tell exactly when it was delivered and who signed the receipt.

I love the smooth ride of my TDX5 too. Though having once had the 21st Century Bounder, I still find the TDX5 a bit slow. They are a bit bigger than they seem to need be. I Hate the individual/independent power leg rests on the TDX though. Each leg rest needing to plug in it's own built on motor.

Greg, I think 21st Century still makes the old style chairs with the 20 rear tires. I had a new chair made in 2005 and RD said they had no plans to discontinue them (though that WAS 5 years ago). I find the smaller rear wheels getting me stuck in gravel, soft soil, etc. much more often than
