So you won the battle, but lost the war ?? Have you considered brake lever
extensions. Does TiLite have them
I'm glad you enjoy it. If the paint looks violet, that's because they gave
you purple. When I ordered my Invacare years ago I wanted purple and it
came in violet and that's what they said was purple.
I've been working with my new chair for a month now and even though I'm
still having problems,

Dianna Greg,
Does the TDX5 have the 'Tilt-n-Space feature? I looked on their website

thx! rides good, feels smooth i like the color.
I love the smooth ride of my TDX5 too. Though having once had the 21st
Century Bounder, I still find the TDX5 a bit slow. They are a bit bigger
than they seem to need be. I Hate the individual/independent power leg rests
on the TDX though. Each leg rest needing to plug in it's own built on motor.
congrats...enjoy

I have been very lucky with getting chairs

I wanted, including a Permobil. Though that was from a state insurance
program for uninsurable people with pre existing injuries. That was great
insurance, bought me a Permobil and a Surehands ceiling lift. Though the

Hopefully soon I can qualify for a new chair.
Greg, Start NOW making a list, literally, of things you want for your new
chair - right down to the size of the foot plates, arm rest size EVERYTHING.

Greg,
I think 21st Century still makes the old style chairs with the 20 rear tires.
I had a new chair made in 2005 and RD said they had no plans to discontinue
them (though that WAS 5 years ago).
I find the smaller rear wheels getting me stuck in gravel, soft soil, etc. much
more often than
