I have that on. One PDF opened properly and is zoomed properly (so I
can scroll to switch pages) - but I had set that up previously.

timed myself seeing how long it would take me to get to random
pre-selected pages that way)

can just type a page number without anything else, at
least when the PDF has the focus.
Moreover, key repeat: hold a key to repeat the action fast.

... but it only
scrolls to lower page numbers! That's why it seemed not to be working
- the PDF starts on the first page and scrolling is only allowed to be
negative so nothing happens.
This appears to be a bug.
