You can't change the MTU on the server side NIC, you need to change it
on the DTU via DHCP with option 26. However note what I said before
about some DHCP servers not providing the MTU with it being requested by
the client. Who's DHCP server are you using?

DoS attacks BTW so a malicious user can not tie up all your RDP connections.

You need to tell the Sun Rays where to go. Are there routers in between
the Sun Ray and the Sun Ray Server? What you've done so far is only
going to work if they are on the same segment and the Sun Ray will
exhaust other methods and find it via broadcast.

Microsoft does not have drivers for payflex cards. You need to use one
of the support smart cards or get middleware. Unfortunately there is no
middleware that I'm aware of that will allow you to do two factor
authentication with a payflex card. This card was designed to be an
e-loyalty card.
You don't need cards at all. Sun Rays work smart cards. On Linux
however, we do not currently offer our Non Smart Card Mobility feature,
so your session will always stay on that one Sun Ray.
