for a while and when I came back and did a new fetch, it worked. I
even had it set on automatic so it wasn't visible at first but the

This was discussed before. The best suggestion was to use
small third party apps that can make any window transparent.

this isn't really annoying, but I don't understand why the ticker keeps
changing size. I like it covering about 1/3 of the bottom of my desktop,
so I can have other windows open all the way to the bottom, and the
ticker won't interfere with them. Every so often the ticker will open up
full-screen
