Hello List,
I'm using qmail 1.03, vpopmail 5.2.1, SpammAssassin-2.53 with Maildrop.
Some of the mail-accounts have a forward file in their directory:
//domains/problem.com//.qmail
If I send an email to an user who have this .qmail forward file, the
mail will not be forwarded. This happens when
Hi!
I've installed vpopmail on a new server according to the instructions
in the INSTALL file and finally I arrived at point 13:

is highly suggested to use Matt Simersons tcpserver-mysql patch.
This removes the need for

Hi all,
Is it possible to get vpopmail & courierIMAP to auth from the same MySQL

If so, how?

Yes, simply compile courier-imap with --with-authvchkpw to enable to

I was under the assumption that you only installed this patch to stop the
rebuild of the tcp.smtp.cdb file for each pop3 authentication. And if you

A feature request for vaddaliasdomin. I would like a configure option
(best) or a command-line switch (not so good) that reverses the order of
the two arguments. I'd like it for two reasons:
1) It is then the same order as for ln (original, alias) so easier to
remember if they're that way

I didn't even know there was a MAILDIRQUOTA environment variable
Hi,
I've been googling for some time on this, and I'd like some feedback from
someone who has perhaps already moved a large number of accounts from mbox
to Maildir as part of a migration to vpopmail.
My favorite so far is "mb2md":

This one does almost everything.
Hi,
I use http://perfectmaildir.home-dn.net/
I've done about 8 sendmail to qmail conversions with it. I even wrote a
small backend to it to read through a list of users for a vpopmail
domain and pass the information on to the above program.
Just finished one this morning, it converted about 1
If you do this often enough, why not just write a simple little shell script
to accomplish this:
Say you have 100 domains you need to alias to 1.
Put this 100 domains in a text file - one per line.
Write a perl script to take in 2 arguments, the main domain name and the
file with all the domains t

The worst one of our clients has managed so far is 13, added in dribs and
