One can't simply copy and or send apps to their friends and such. Remember
that when one installs an app one is asked to enter their user name and
password. I think it is at this point that the app is locked to your device.

To answer your question, the placement of one's fingers is subjective, so
you will undoubtedly get lots of varying opinions. My suggestion is to
simply take the app's input interfaces for a test drive and see what they
can do. I prefer 100% of the time to use it in away mode as this
