THough I am wondering now, since some people ha ve the same kinds of
problems I do with other picture app with this one, I was just hoping
this one would be better. But
Personally, I would much rather use DigitEyes for identifying specific, in-hand
products.

It will, because, unfortunately, that has to do with the way the picture
was taken by the user. We do not charge if the user get a Picture failed
or Failed to send..
