Yolanda, What browser and version were you able to get this to work with? Pressing enter or spacebar on please select your region did nothing for me in Chrome, FireFox or IE. Also, what version of Windows are you running? Just curious as I was having no luck either. Pam

Hi I just did it with Jaws 18 also. What I did was. When the page loaded. I then used the Jaws key z and turn off the virtual PC courser that jaws has. Then then I was able to see the united states or Canada like everyone else. And I hit enter on united states and got A page to enter A password
