PRESIDENT OF MONTENEGRO MILO DJUKANOVIC WE WILL INSIST ON THE UN MEMBERSHIP Podgorica - Last ten years of bad functioning of federation has clearly shown that Montenegro can't count with adequate representation of its authentic interests in international organizations through Belgrade as intermediary - President Djukanovic said in an interview to the radio BBC. That is why the most important issue for Montenegro is its international recognition and admission in the UN and the other international organizations - Djukanovic said. Expert talks can be finished today in Belgrade, and there is not need for continuation - he assessed. Officials in Brussels said that soon should take place a meeting of political leaders of Belgrade and Podgorica which would be opportunity to "assess current work of exert teams". RULING MONTENEGRIN PARTY OF SOCIALISTS: REFERENDUM IN THE SPRING Podgorica - Method of a type "leave it or take" could not be solution for relations between Serbia and Montenegro, because it would not be democratic and permanent arrangement - spokesman of the ruling Montenegrin Democratic Party of Socialists Igor Luksic said. Only comparing of two platforms offered by Serbia and Montenegro and allowing citizens to chose between them in a referendum is democratic solution for relations between federal unites in Yugoslavia - Luksic underlined. Luksic said he did not believe that spectacular agreement would come out from today's expert talks in Belgrade, adding that Montenegro would have an independence referendum in spring this year. in Montenegrin DANAS U BEOGRADU NASTAVAK EKSPERTSKIH RAZGOVORA Podgorica - Ekspertski timovi Crne Gore i Srbije, uz prisustvo predstavnika Evropske unije (EU), nastavice danas u Beogradu razgovore o preuredjenju odnosa u Saveznoj Republici Jugoslaviji. Strucni timovi ce raspravljati o tri teme - ekonomskim odnosima, ustavno-pravnim pitanjima, spoljnoj politici i bezbjednosti.
